Return Policy

We offer free 30-day returns for all customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to return your item for a full refund as long as it is not a final sale item. The return window starts from the shipment date of your order.

Conditions:

1. Items must be in their original condition without any damages

2. Items must be returned by mail in all original packaging including box and pouch

3. You must make the return from the U.S. address you received your package

 

How To Return:

1. Please reach out to info@rambunc.com within the 30-day window mentioned above

2. Free shipping label for returning will be created for you

3. Please drop off your item to your nearest USPS office to send it back

 

Refund:

Once we receive the item and if the item is in the conditions described above, a refund will be usually issued within 7 business days and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to purchase the item.
